Manage your account ONLINE
Our storage management software is made by U-Haul, you can either go to UHaul's Payment Portal or use our payment portal below (also powered by UHaul).

Once the account has been created the customer can navigate to https://www.UHaul.com/Orders and sign in using the email address and password that was used to make the account. Once logged in the customer will want to link their WebSelfStorage account to their UHaul.com/Orders account.
1. From the main page of UHaul.com/Orders after logging in, click "Find my Storage Unit".
2. On the next page enter the phone number on file.
3. Enter the unit number or switch to the zip code on the contract and enter the zip code.
4. Click Associate Room.
Once the accounts have been linked the customer can pay online.
1. From the main page of UHaul.com/Orders after logging in, click "Pay Rent" under My Rentals / Reservations.
2. On the next page select a Payment Amount, ie. pay past due or pay total due.
3. Enter the payment information.
4. Click Confirm Payment at the bottom of the page.
